Level 7 Gags

Level 7 gags are the final gags of each gag track, they are the most powerful, and hit all Cogs or Toons at once. The only way to obtain them (after getting the initial one at level up) is earning an additional 500 experience points, and only 1 can be held at a time. Due to this, level 7 gags are usually only used during Cog boss battles. Once a toon recieves a level 7 gag for the first time a special fanfare plays and confetti rains down around the Toon.
